We provide vigorous representation to protect property owners' rights. Here are a few examples of actions we may take:

• Nuisance actions: An example is if an adjoining property owner unreasonably allows excess water or another form of activity to cause damage to their neighbor's property. 

• Easement: when a property owner has the legal right to access parts of their neighbors' property for a specific purpose, such as a right of way on a private road or to allow the passage of utilities. 

• Injunctive Relief: We initiate emergency court legal action where necessary, to include either requesting the court to prevent a party from a certain course of action or forcing a party to undertake a certain course of action. We also facilitate alternative dispute resolution, such as out of court settlements, wherever possible.
